I have a best friend and her name is Alyscia. She is a year six. She has 1 little sister and she has a cat named Slayde and he is really cute. I go to her house quite a lot because it's really fun. We always make up and create games that we have never played before. We normally play adventure games quite a lot and running around games. We sometimes let her sister play the games we play. Sometimes we have little arguments or big arguments but we end up being friends again.


Alyscia has blue and kinda green eyes and she has blonde hair. Her hair is long but she got it trimmed so her hair is kinda long. We quite a lot in common we always laugh and have fun and play together. We do have little breaks from each other sometimes but no that often. We were planning to go to university together after we finish high school but we are not 100% yet. Shes my best friend and I hope it stays like that forever.
FITNESS!
One of the reasons I want everyone in the senior hub to do fitness is because if they aren't fit when the grow up the wont be healthy and they might get sick really easy. I also think fitness is good for everyone is because they will stay fit and they won't get as sick as easy. I think it's good how everyone gets a big drink of water after or before fitness. It is also good if they do a field jog around the field one or two times in the day.

I like doing fitness because there are a lot of obstacle stations and a lot of people think it is fun to do it. My favorite obstacle is skipping. I love skipping because it keeps my energy up and makes my heart beat really fast. My second favorite obstacle is the hurdles. The hurdles are these little yellow bars and you put them in a row and start jumping over them. There's about fifteen hurdles you have to jump over. And that why I like fitness so much!

My opinion:
I think the senior hub should do fitness at least 20 to 25 minutes a day and 25 minutes does go pretty fast. The reason I think they should do it for that long is because if they don't get enough fitness in a day, they won't even be fit. I also think the should run around the field to because I think it is good for them.

What we do everyday for fitness:
Everyday when the school bell rings, we go outside on to the senior court. We all line up the we jog around the court 2 times. After that we would line up in our groups just behind the middle line and get ready for the next step. Then the teacher will tell us to do some exercises and then we end up being at the end line. After we do that a few time we go to the obstacle courses. The obstacle courses are ball parsing, bing bags in the hoops, the agility later, the hurdles, star jumps, and walking along the junior playground.

What sports I play:
I play netball at school home and at home. Every Friday at school, the senior hub goes to their sports games. There netball, soccer, hockey, rugby and more that I do not remember at the moment. I play netball and some of my friends do to. Every Wednesday we have netball and all of the other sports practice. I did netball practice yesterday and I got the ball in the hoop 4 times in the row. I'm usually wing attack or goal shoot. Yesterday I was goal shoot and I thought that was really fun.
